Well you need to be more specific and indicate when you bought those options. If yo bought the call early in the day when the market was going up, you were buying when prices were higher in the day, and your puts were also cheaper because that was going against you. But by the end of the day, the volatility dropped so prices were not moving higher as fast as they were moving earlier because of the Greeks. Sine the Spy options expire next week, the premium will be different. Remember that your calls are about $4 plus otm, while your puts are just $1 otm. Now the interesting part is that come Monday unless the SPY gaps up, you will lose at least $0.50 just for holding the options over the weekend and about the $0.65 in value if it opens same level as well for the puts. Theta gives you the price you pay for holding the option for each day. Delta is how much the option will pay or deduct it moves $1 in favor or against your position. But after each $1, Delta changes depending on volatility and that is why is is really hard to predict volatility in any price direction, because that depends on momentum of the stock, option or whatever you are trading.
