I wear at least three layers of clothing including thermal clothes and still I have been shivering. It was not this bad last year. I wasn't expecting this level of cold. And during days, the temperature goes up causing heat. I need to cover my head if I have to go out in the sun.

I agree this can't be compared to northern India's cold but it is still bothersome as I was not made for the winter season. 😝

How long do you think this cold weather will continue? But I can't say I am looking forward to summer because I had to buy a cooler last summer. Hope the weather Gods show some mercy.

1) OP how are you going to manage warehousing and shipping if your MOAT is pricing then shipping costs will be higher than a lot of bigger brands or even local vendors.

2) How are you going to deal with the lack of trust that families have from shopping online. There’s people I know who buy almost everything online except for fruits and vegetables.


3) How are you going to deal with customer care and returns let’s say if there’s an issue.



These are real issues that even big brands and aggregators are facing hence you see the prices of perishable goods and low price per kg goods being almost double on platforms like blinkit, Swiggy and big basket….
