The roads are mostly good. In certain areas, you might encounter some issues but you'll be fine. Public transport is decent - there’s a metro, but it doesn’t connect to every location.

As for the locals, if you’re a guy, you’ll have no issues. If you’re a girl, expect to attract some eyeball from the gender with balls but rest assured, no one will dare to approach or bother you (small city dynamics).
