Reservation reduced to 10% with changing reservation to groups.

For Sc/St we need strong anti-discrimination policies because reservation have not worked in last 75 years. We also need different social policies regarding Sc/Sts.

We also require more civic sense and sex education and promoting loving behaviour among couples in public, Promoting love marriages as Arrange marriages are involved in Discriminatory behaviour.
