I would highly recommend reading Prof Joseph’s book (“A Thousand Cuts: An Innocent Question and Deadly Answers” available also in English on Amazon). It would make you understand how we, a so-called “secular” state, failed him miserably.

In the book, he shares that while many Muslims in Kerala showed him kindness and empathy after the incident, there were also those who sheltered the terrorists—which makes me think he was referring to this PFI worker.

Not once in his book does he express hatred toward anyone, including the radicals, though he did feel a sense of bias when a Muslim policeman handled his case.

He’s an incredibly kind man, managing to keep his sense of humor intact despite the tragedies he has endured, including his wife dying by suicide after facing relentless shame and ostracization from their Church. His son was also beaten up by PFI radicals while trying to protect him.

For all the criticism BJP receives, it took this government to finally ban PFI, a group that had been protected and allowed to thrive for years. Back in 2003, NDF extremists were responsible for the Marad Massacre in Kerala, yet they were never banned. Kamala Das aka Kamala Surayya, in the book written by Merrily (“The Love Queen of Malabar”), mentions NDF extremists being intimidating and menacing and being on guard all the time to prevent her from running away. All this was allowed to freely happen in our secular state of Kerala. Many of them in NDF later became part of PFI, which was thankfully banned in 2022.

My guess is that we will see max upmove till 23300-23400, and then it's downhill again. The bottom is around 21900.
Hopefully, it should go sideways from there, before any uptrend, but if it breaks that as well, then be prepared for below 20000 level. I hope to see the bottom around may-june and sideways around july-August.

Regarding evaluation, be prepared for multiple sessions as Indian psychiatrists will not give you an ADHD/ASD diagnosis if you're a fully developed adult who did not show symptoms as a child. Your best best will be to go through someone your therapist recommends.
