These movies are deserving but the thing is we don't really have the audience that would make the re-release profitable. As for the re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam was done due to the hype and audience's demand on the actor's instagram hence bringing profitable footfalls.

Talaash had a good run at the box office, and even Fan had a decent run imo. But even today we don't have many people who know about 8 x 10 Tasveer , No Smoking and Bhavesh Joshi so I highly doubt these movies would get re-released
