An understanding partner, friends who come to the rescue when I need them the most, my dog who is like the biggest stressbuster, my niece and nephew, a company/job that I finally enjoy working in.. There are a few complaints about things not happening the way I want but the good things outweigh all the bad things. So no compliants.

I use engine braking to slow down but if its an emergency im pulling the clutch and the brakes, at that moment rev matching, engine braking is low priority compared to not hitting that one guy who's stopped in the middle of the road for a u turn

I too lost my HSRP rear plate in an equally weird ahh scenario. Noticed it was missing the next day.
Went to the RTO, they asked me to contact the dealership on how to proceed.
When I asked the dealership, they didn't wanna take accountability for plates after sale, and asked me to contact the police and file an FIR.
When I went to the police outpost that was constructed after demolition of a station near my house, the traffic cop there said, an FIR is not necessary, just go ahead and buy a non HSRP plate from the nearby sticker shop, that will do.
I'm quite baffled on the system we are running on where nobody is concerned.

People drive here like they have free quality healthcare and unlimited lives. What is the point of saving 2 seconds when you'll end up spending 2 months in bed or worse.

I think it depends on the business model. If you are a  B2C company, you should try to enhance your brand identity. Make sure your target audience is impressed by your brand.
