What my limited interaction with the judiciary (one case in the Bombay HC) has taught me is that our courts are not some great pedestals from where impartial justice is dispersed.

What most of these justices do is, they take the law on account and reach a decision that is most convenient for their own legal system, for the law enforcement machinery and the government and administration.
