I think it’ll be a difficult decision but see if you can live out to another place, along with some roommates maybe, closer to your place of work. You might even want to check for opportunities outside Mumbai in tier 1 cities like Pune or Bangalore. I think that will really help you thrive.

Common advice, but, be yourself, you'll attract the right person for you. As simple as that. Just being in a relationship is not everything, being with right person also matters na. So be patient, work on yourself, learn new things, go out, spend time with your hobbies, get to know yourself (it's important, and as a result you'll learn what kind of person you want to be with, not just any body) just my humble advice.
