I can say you will have a far harder time than you ever thought controlling harassment and people trying to use it as a dating site.

Much like a dating site you will probably also have a large imbalance of desired outcomes and roles. People frequently want to get help with their needs but not give anything back. Also there are only so many higher ranking people, and people have a very poor understanding of what they need and are at. So they will only want an executive even though they are very junior.
