Agreed totally! Was watching pak vs nz and they were repeatedly showing Kohli doing the knocking practice in dubai. And one moment I remember I think it was kaif in commentary and the moment kohli appeared on screen he was ohh! Kya knocking kar rahe hai(T/ how good knocking he is doing.) like seriously wtf.
I felt I was not watching pak vs nz, I was watching Indian cricket team practice session.

Take TN for example. For second language, students should be able to pick Hindi, Tamil or a foreign language (1 or more depending on schools resources). Third language can be Tamil, sanskrit or a foreign language.



Does this idea make sense. Would like to know others opinion.



Hindi for second language because there are many Hindi speakers here. Tamil also in 3rd language if Hindi speakers would like to learn Tamil.


Sanskrit I can see it spinning into a religious issue but it is still an important language if one is interested in reading sanskrit scriptures. For communication it is practically not useful



Foreign language in second and 3rd language is important imo.

As long as you dont redline it you should be fine. Don't need to worry about run in period.

Dude we have major labourers who speak Hindi , we have illegal chicken shops and Chinese hotels whose owners are not even Indians but speak Hindi, we have international events whose organisers are not Hindi, we have Goekar real estate reelers who speak and sell in Hindi….only Goans speak in their mother tongue with each other…the resistance is futile unless we make sure we are not dependant on the labor and finance force for outside
