Idk if this is relevant, but try 'Speak up center for speech' in HSR layout. They specialise in speech therapy for children, and have a psychologist on board too, as far as I know.

Hoping it might help, or at least offer some further guidance and contacts.

You could also become an optometrist and can work in any hospital or clinic under the supervision of an ophthalmologist.
Veterinary doctor is an option for you.

Don’t stress and research on what piques your interest. The options are plenty.

Do not pay her a single rupee anymore. From history, you know that you're not getting that security back. Stay for as long as possible and try to cover the entire March by making excuses. Even if she takes a strict action and asks you to be evicted by say mid march, you would have recovered some amount in the form of rent. Not a lawyer of course but a concerned citizen who has dealt with many landlords over the years.
