You're way too early for seed (which is >=$1M nowadays), you need a pre-seed investment. Hit up friends and family, and cold email entrepreneurs who you know will understand your product and your market. You might also look at angel investors in your area. Don't waste time with accelerators and VCs right now.

Probably best just not raise money at all at this point, and look into moving in with family and getting your spend down to $0 (many places give out credits like candy nowadays).

Personally, I've silenced unknown callers and even when I do pick up a call, I have call recording on for unknown numbers. It's mostly when I'm expecting deliveries but thankfully, most of the major app delivery guys and even Uber etc call from their designated numbers, so I ignore unknown calls without that "what if" feeling. Airtel's new anti-spam initiative seems to have helped in reducing the quantity a bit as well. But as for what the OP has described, that's quite extreme..

They are only for free speech when it benefits them but when it is anything they disagree with they want to suppress it just like they complain about Cancel Culture and blame it on the Left and say the Left want to control everything but when they get into positions of power like in Florida it is surprise, surprise the conservatives who are banning books with LGBT characters and figures and Black history from libraries and schools and their One Million Moms group throwing tantrums over LGBT characters being in movies and TV Shows and threatening to boycott networks if they don't cave to their demands just like it has always been the conservatives that wanted to ban Horror movies, porn, Rock, Heavy Metal and Rap music.
