Almost 50% of total workforce of India works in agriculture. If 50% of voters want they easily topple any govt in elections or are big enough as a pressure group.

Why its so week in UP and almost absent in Haryana this time ? Last time farmers from these states played the crucial role. If Punjab farmers are blocked at Haryana then the Haryana or UP farmers can easily reach Delhi and make it widespread ?

IT professional working WFH since the start of Covid lockdowns here(7yoe). IT, or more precisely software engineering isn't the golden goose it was till Covid, finance is and will be important till the end of times though.
