Brother mine, I love Hyderabad for its culture and vibrant atmosphere. But I swear I don't know what you mean when you say tameez and tehseeb. Every time I have to move out somewhere or go to some place, I come across people who lack basic civic sense (from traffic discipline all the way to behaving in public and patience).
