I've made progress and gained some life skills since high school, albeit not as many as the average person. Although I feel like my soul died a long time ago. It makes me sound edgy but I'm kind of just empty moving through the day like a robot hoping that there is some kind of end or moment that comes where I'm no longer all fucked up.


I think it's worth trying though. You can do little things here and there if you want to and it will snowball over a large enough amount of time. I do understand that feeling of deterioration and erosion though and it makes it so much harder to start again.
