The owner of R Sandesh group is a close family member of mine so I might have biases but do listen to me once.

They had another project in MIHAN by the name Sandesh City, it's completed although they couldn't convince buyer to buy. This is more inside the city and will definitely get buyers. And regarding completion and maintenance, they'll definitely complete the project unless there's some external factor beyond their control. They also own the Sandesh newspaper, you can be assured that they're legit.

Apart from that, Manish Nagar is a very developing area and you'll enjoy living there.
