I used to think marketing meant advertising, but it’s actual the organization what’s supposed to be focused on the *market* that is, everything outside of the internals of the company itself. That means thinking about the suppliers, the competitors, complementors, customers and other stakeholders to identify where differentiated, defensible, and sustainable value lies.

Think of it like this. The prices are kept low for Indians while others are charged the full price.

This is a standard practice in many countries, especially in Asia.

In richer countries like in Europe, entry tickets are not subsidized. Everyone pays the full ticket.

For example, entry into the main palace in Vienna costs more than €30. Museums like Louvre or the one in Amsterdam can cost more than €25. For Indians visiting Europe or other countries, entry tickets itself adds up to a huge chunk of your expenses.

In comparison, the National museum in Delhi charges ₹20 to Indians and ₹650 (€7) to foreigners.

Hell, even Taj Mahal ticket is just ₹50 for Indians and ₹1100 (€12) for foreigners.

Do you think charging ₹20 or ₹50 from everyone gets enough funds to maintain the place and improve tourism infrastructure? Obviously no.

hey fellow brazilian! interesting observation about the seo scene there. from my experience working with international clients, brazil has huge potential but ur right that seo adoption is lagging

i think part of the issue is that many brazilian businesses still focus heavily on social media n paid ads, which makes sense given how huge whatsapp n instagram are there. but theyre missing out on the long-term benefits of organic search

what ive noticed is that the companies that do invest in seo in brazil often get amazing results bc theres less competition. especially if u can get good backlinks from respected brazilian news sites n industry blogs - those are super valuable but underutilized

btw if ur interested in improving ur seo game, focus on creating really good portugese content first. then work on building authority through mentions from respected brazilian sites. theres actually less competition for portuguese language backlinks which can be an advantage

been helping companies with this stuff for a while now n built backlinker ai to make the outreach process easier. but regardless of what tools u use, the key is just getting started n being consistent with it!
