I work from home. so i am not in the commute. My perspective wiht this is: we dont have enough money to have one city car and one highway car. i would love to have that luxury. also the more serious problem is line discipline here. while commuting in a scooter will be better overall, even with everyone going in cars would get tolerable if the car guys follow lane discipline. they see traffic coming to a halt, and BAMM they make as many lanes as possible. then they have to merge, there by causing bottlenecks.
