Discussion Thread: Supreme Court Hears Oral Argument in Case on TikTok Ban
I think some people are missing that this whole thing is only happening because China is an adversary of the United States. If ByteDance divested *only* Tiktok, there’d be no problem -
Gujarat has already surpassed maharastra by wide margin to become country number one manufacturing hub by output ,while Gujarat share of manufacturing in gdsp is increasing maharastra is falling, also Gujarat manufacturing output is comparable that of Vietnam

Building trust in your pre-sale campaign
One word MVP.
My recommendations is to show a "taste" of your MVP as a precursor of what you are building and let them try it. So create the MVP and promote it in you posting/reach-out channels.
For instance, if you are building an app, can you create the basic feature of the MVP? If so, you could then create a quick video (1-2mins) with you using these features (there is no need to reveal all of your IP) and then create a free event for the people to sign up and use the MVP with you.
You would then advertise the free event as a way to "warm your lead up" though your channels (include the video in the content).
This is the starting point to build trust. With a free event to use the MVP with you, people see you are real and engage with you, which in return will also help you refine the MVP based on real feedback.
P.S. The MVP can also be a simulation.
Hope this helps :) -

I don't think so cuz phone charging ports can only support the V mentioned in the phone specs -

I went to Boisar/Tarapur MIDC to buy a plot for my manufacturing plant 2 days ago.
BC 50 lakhs toh sirf paper work mai bribe karna padd raha hai. Extreme corruption.
It takes 5 hours in the morning to go from Mumbai to Boisar in the car.
After that meeting, I decided to go to Vapi for my manufacturing. Will take a train and reach faster.
Transparent government. Bribe k cover halke hai wahaan - Jo Gujarat mai 25 hazar mai hoga.. woh Maharashtra Mai 5 lakh mangega. -
Discussion Thread: Supreme Court Hears Oral Argument in Case on TikTok Ban
I see a potential slippery slope in both directions on this case:
* A ruling against TikTok could mean that congress could penalize companies that host/create content they don't like by crafting a penalty that doesn't directly relate to the content.
* A ruling in TikTok's favor could mean that companies could challenge regulations on first amendment grounds even if it's an indirect effect.
I expect the first point is fairly obvious, but to illustrate the second point:
Let's assume the EPA passed a rule regulating pollution caused by data centers, and Facebook's existing data centers aren't in compliance. But instead of updating their data centers to comply, Facebook sues the EPA on 1st amendment grounds by pointing out that enforcement would mean shutting down the data centers and prevent them from hosting content. I would not want the courts to rule in Facebook's favor in such a case.
Between the way this ban singles out TikTok, and the way ownership is more closely related to content/speech I am concerned that a ruling against TikTok may set a bad precedent for 1st amendment cases in general, but I hope any ruling in TikTok's favor is narrow. -
Why people do this? This is so annoying and embarrassing.
Cause it's a Homogeneous Society. Meaning they live among people of similar culture and skin. And seeing an outsider is unusual. So they are so fascinated and excited. Go to Japan in any remote village where people don't interact with foreigners often. They'd be staring at you too.
If this becomes common for these people in Photograph, maybe even they wouldn't give a fuck. -

Just start studying 12 12 14 hours a day . Dont worry about results . Even if you don't get the result , you still have the momentum and use that momentum to score well in the 2nd attempt .
