I'm going through a similar situation, we're not just going against builders here, it's the police, the government, the real estate body and the judiciary itself. Nobody gives a fuck about common class when money and power talks.

My two cents:

Climate change is going to f*** the state left right and centre with rising sea levels, temperature rise in Arabian Sea causing more cyclones, unpredictable rainfall patterns and the fragile Western Ghats topography.

So knowledge economy based growth (more R&D infra, AI/ML tech etc) is the only sensible path the state & it's people can take rather than going for large industries, that are heavily dependent on natural resources or manpower. Recent graphene facility and the fab lab established by KSUM are fantastic initiatives.

Also more investment in specific healthcare fields like mental health, geriatric care, palliative care is a must.

i have done my investing in Chinese market from india via edelweiss greater china MF and that was in 2021 where china markets thrived

with recent developments and all the foreign analysts interviews on chinese development of stock market, 2 months back i went there and saw the fund performance the fund was already up 22% in a year.

I thought all the hype was already priced in. So i resisted myself from investing in it. But as of the time im replying it's down to 17% and already 5.2% down in 1 month

But there was hype in chinese markets but i would say go to Web and do ur own research.

One thing i feel our MFs lack is atleast a fund focusing on other countries, i can't say we need to have one because India gives more return than foreign countries at the moment.

But i feel like i missed opportunity of investing in Japanese Markets when there was frenzy due ti Warren Buffet investing in those markets.

Similarly now i feel i want to go to Africa for investment into Rwanda and Nigeria markets, which i cant as there are no brokers for me to invest into

Interactive Brokers is there, but i only used it for USA and haven't checked it for Japanese and African Markets

Don't want to sound rich or something but hair styled by a professional is better than what you do it for yourself specially when you have unmanageable hair which needs lot of effort to make it look presentable it's not about just hair wash its about styling too when I do it myself it lasts for like 2 hrs and the one done in salon lasts for days. I can relate bro living just opposite to the operational side. On Christmas eve it took me 20 minutes to merge into the main road.
