Even though charge sheets were filed 12 years back, the trail has not even started. Jagan is always saying they were false cases but he refuses to attend the court to prove his innocence. Using his political power, legal loopholes and money, he keeps delaying the cases further and further. Corrupt politics and politicians are there for decades in india, but that keeps happening because the courts in India can't solve the cases fast enough.

It's suprising hes only missed 5 matches due to injury in his whole career. He must have a combination of good genetics and taking care of his body.
