I think digital tech Hasn't been used in university level education yet.

Ideally the campus system should only be the most ideal way to complete your education, but if every degree gets to have a unified final examination process (could be in stages too) for the entire country, That'd be amazing for standardization and quality control.

Not to mention then we can open a 'open' model or entry too, as in for those to get a degree who never got a seat in the entrance exams but got thier education from open ways, and are equally as qualified as the those who did got the seat.

Anything can be standardised by a uniform examination system.
Not to mention he mushroom 2 room colleges and fek degree system would end too.

Reservation would not end but rather become irrelevant.
