The real problem is most states other than Tamil Nadu don’t have the SPINE or BRAIN to understand this conspiracy and revolt against it, though they know their native languages are being eaten up by Hindi. Almost all the native languages in the north of India are already dead, thanks to Hindi, especially **Bollywood**, the one & only medium of Northerner's news & entertainment!

Time and again, **it’s always TAMIL NADU that shows the courage and grit** to repel both soft and hard impositions of Hindi! Even the concept of federalism and state powers in the constitution have to be brought up by Tamil Nadu for other states to even get a sense of what they are! 

The chief most reason behind the imposition of Hindi is **the Central politics dominated by Hindi speakers**. It would be easier for them to do reach far more people (say through election campaigns, disinformation, etc) and wield direct control over the country if everyone knows Hindi. Another not-so-obvious reason is to push **Religious ideologies**, as Hindi is most identified with Hindu religion (at least after the RSS backed govt. came in 2014). And people will blindly react to religious sentiments than any reason or law. With domination over language and religion, it would be easier and quicker to manipulate people & establish a fascist regime that controls almost everything, putting democracy and rational debates in the back burner. As we know, this is already happening! 

This idea of National integration and faster development with a unifying Indian language (Hindi) is a big BS, because of many reasons like: 1) India was far more unified before independence not because of common language but common goal!, 2) If linguistic unity really brings greater social impact and prosperity, **why the united Hindi-belt of India is the least developed** and has highest communal disharmony in the country? It should be the opposite, isn’t it? 3) **Why there exists huge migration of educated and uneducated people** from the Hindified-North to the Non-Hindi South? This also should be the opposite, isn’t it?
