The guy was so helpful he guided me what do to in case it didn't work out, let me off without any fine and said don't go to this this area as there are more checks there.. I thanked him and went on my way.
Remember if you have been harassed by cops or feel you were treated unfairly it could just always be your personal conduct. Some people are really irritating by nature. And nature punishes them, there's nothing you can really do about it. Law of the land.
Oh BTW I was stopped in Gujarat last November during some cricket match and they checked my car, video camera recording the whole thing. After they checked everything I asked if I asked for a lighter to light up a smoke, and they were happy to oblige. I asked them what's going on and did I look so much of a drug addict that they stopped me (I'm a tall guy with excessive beard) they just became very friendly and started explaining lot of people were expected with drugs due to the cricket match etc.. I told them remember to check ladies as a lot of them will smuggle in saree folds and we had a laugh. I was travelling with my dog so they petted her and we went on our way. Didn't pay a dime and I absolutely rate that too as a positive interaction.
Sorry to hear about your incident but I think you need to be more charming, more open, more accountable and appear cool and collected all the time. Try disarming yourself to make the other person comfortable and see the difference in the interaction. Also if you're driving a car worth lakhs don't hassle someone doing their job for a few hundred bucks. I sometimes try giving them more and they become so embarrassed especially when I start complimenting their hard work and efforts.

Dr. Nithin Kondapuram is the doctor I stuck with in the end after so many years of search. He does care about his patients but don't expect him to listen to all your life's problems tho, go to therapist for that. He goes straight to the point, medication worked for me via trial and error, took around 4 visits. He's pretty busy tho. I am male so I lack the female perspective of him, but a lot of his patients are female as I have noticed in my visits. Also he had a book in his book shelf on women getting misdiagnosed, so I bet he knows his stuff well.

Avoid self diagnosing tho. State your problems genuinely and don't form prior opinion by yourself, don't try to lead the diagnosis, it's bad in the long term. The number of self-diagnosing people who claim to have adhd just because they ruined their attention span through social media and brain rot has increased a lot and is a genuine reason psychiatrists are so pissed off these days. But if you are really struggling they do help you out a lot.

Also it's better to abstain from meds as much as you can. I only take it when my obsessions are not enough and I need to work on something I hate or are boring af. I used to think meds will fix my life, but turns out they don't, might help to do stuff, but in the end you need to learn to manage yourself.

I hope you find a good psychiatrist, it's hard to explain everyone why we work the way we do, it's exhausting. Even if not a lot, but the meds do help a little, sometimes. So all the best.

It's really your personal preference. If you want the 2025 white one you can probably buy the tank alone and save some money compared to the paint. But in that case you might need to update RTO yourself. To my understanding if you change the paint at the Triumph SVC they'll update the RTO themselves.
