See there are few ways using which you can invest in gold. I had permanently deleted my accounts on all social media like Insta, FB, X etc around 2-3 years ago (I am 30 right now) and haven’t been happier with my decision. Removed YouTube too recently and if I have to watch something because of no choice then I watch it on phone browser :D. The only ones left are LinkedIn and Reddit which add value in some form or the other.

It feels good to live life at the pace you want to without giving a **** about how/what others are doing. 😊
