Recently I observed the following things with Zepto:
1. The groceries especially the ones that require refrigeration always used to be dirty.
2. Some of the products had really close expiry dates
3. They charged me delivery fees a few times because I didn't check the free delivery option which should be applied by default.

I felt being played with and deleted my account for good. Does not have the patience to deal with all the crap.
