Definitely it’s an average city but not bad as it was described in the previous response. If you have lived in Gwalior then it’s not that difficult. You will have crowded places but at the same time you will have some really calm places. You will have places with people with no education but on other hand you will have places where there are educated people living around. You will have cheapest markets to shop from but will have all the branded showrooms (those you have in gwalior) here as well. Good food joints (first thing you can try in moolchand ki kachori and you yourself can decide how bad or good the food culture here). Also for rentals as well you can find accommodation ranging 20-25 k for 2 bhk however you can get cheaper as well. DM me if you have any other questions.
