Yes OP, I observed it too. Pune’s professionals charge on higher side compare to the kind of Mediocre service they provide, be it doctor, lawyer, plumber, carpenter, electrician, painter. Then there is one category who loot people eg Traffic police, government servants, vegetables and fruit sellers. Then there is third category who have inflated and larger than life egos eg PMPML drivers and conductors, Pune Autowalahs, Chitale type shops.

Atleast in Mumbai you get value for money but in Pune you get deception, frustration in return.

Except for IT professionals, private office going crowd every one here is just scamming.
