If you’re here for a year, I would say try to see Nagpur for what it is and without judgement and I’m sure you’ll come to cherish the time you spent here. In pure Malayalam, it is Jyeshttan and Jyeshttathi (read as ज्येष्ठन ज्येष्ठति) . Chettan, ettan are all regional variations.

Chettan/ettan are often translated as elder brother or bhaiyya and hence, people from other regions often get confused when Malayalee women address their husbands as chettan or ettan. The etymologically meaning is to be respectful to someone who is older.

Chetta(n)/etta(n) usually means older male (respectful salutation). Ergo it can be used towards any older male to symbolise hierarchy. A wife can call husband etta or chetta and a younger brother can call his elder brother chettan or ettan. Likewise in a conversation between strangers the younger looking guy or girl can call the older guy chetta to symbolise that he or she is respectful to the age.

Chetta(n) is a universal usage while etta(n) is a more familiar usage. So between relatives and very close friends the term etta(n) can be used but needn’t be but between acquaintances and strangers its by and large chetta(n) and not etta(n).

I have all Apps - none can detect orphan files. They are waste of time .

Occasional Clean Install will get rid of 3rd party Apps orphans

Only Apple can erase MacOs orphans.

For example I decided to download Open Core on my M1 Mini to be installed on 2013 IMac.

Then I change my mind and stop it now I have 5.3 GB of orphans which CMM, Pearcleaner or Onyx can find.
