I am not saying those were great times or even comparatively better times. But damn, it makes me miss something and it felt like a good time.

Different people will have their own version of how they have felt loneliness over the course of their life. But at the core of it, I think it is a problem stems from the lack of indulgence with oneself. It may sound too broad but the more you think about it, the more it begins to make sense. (At least it did to me).

So how do we begin indulgence?

Answer -

1. We spend quality time with our own mind by thinking, creating & experiencing stuff of life (In no particular order).

2. We pick a hobby that truly makes us happy and make it a point to enjoy the journey.

3. Look for ways to gratify yourself through shopping, watching a movie or getting yourself with a nice haircut. (You get the point).

4. Participate in one of those solo trips where you get to meet strangers of like-minded interests that'll act as a foundation for your conversations to grow further and deeper.
