Mahant Narayan Das, perpertrator of the Nankana Sahib Massacre (1921)
( Copy Pasted from Original Post )
Mahant Narayan Das, the perpetrator of the Nankana Sahib Massacre (Saka Nankana Sahib), led the attack on February 20, 1921, at Gurdwara Janam Asthan in Nankana Sahib, Punjab, Pakistan. He and his armed men attacked a peaceful gathering of Sikh reformers (Akalis) protesting his corrupt management of the Gurdwara. This brutal and indiscriminate attack resulted in the deaths of over 150 Sikhs, including women and children.
The massacre occurred within the context of the Gurdwara Reform Movement (Akali Movement), which sought to remove corrupt Mahants like Narayan Das, who were mismanaging Gurdwaras, engaging in un-Sikh-like practices, and were supported by the British colonial government. These Mahants treated the Gurdwaras as their personal fiefdoms.
The Nankana Sahib Massacre sparked widespread outrage and condemnation, galvanizing the Sikh community and intensifying the Gurdwara Reform Movement. It also exposed the complicity of the British government in supporting the corrupt Mahants. The massacre ultimately led to the removal of Narayan Das and the passage of the Sikh Gurdwaras Act in 1925, which brought Gurdwara management under the control of democratically elected committees. The Nankana Sahib Massacre remains a significant event in Sikh history, a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made to protect their faith and holy places, and is commemorated annually. -
why the hate between men and women is increasing so much?
On a personal level, i feel that people don't have an opinion these days, they look for someone who they can follow and too much reliance upon social media ( meme pages who give news specially) to stay updated will only provide a biased perspective and we feel whatever is being put up, is real whereas no attempt whatsoever is made to check the other side. -

Of course there are 33 koti gods, and most of them are busy saving Jaipur drivers from winning the Darwin award
If they did start winning the Darwin award, this city would be near empty in a few days. Almost every person on the road has the civic sense of an ape.
