I have never fasted during the day time.

My usual fasting is a daily routine which is no meals after lunch till next day breakfast, so that translates to about 17 hrs fasting. And even if i do have a meal in the evening that will still be around 6:30 pm last. So that still translates to about 13 hrs fast.
