My father has same problem he has seizure too .we went to Soundappan clinic .he was also said it might be a stroke but it wasnt the case(mri report was clear he didnt get stroke) my father arms and his leg became too weak because he didnt move much for a month . 1 and 2. Suffering destroys prarabhda karma. If she is was so good and pure, it could be that Ishvara helped her destroyed remaining prarabhda karma, so that she doesn't need to be born again, or reduce number of births.

3. Ishavra doesn't love sinners at all, neither he hates him, he leaves them to their karma. But god does loves in bhaktas, and takes extra effort for welfare of bhaktas. Thou, it may appear with our limited view that something is wrong or right, but ishvara only does what is beneficial for us in this loka and parloka.

4 and 5. Not every wish is fulfilled. For example, you may wish for something, but it is not necessarily beneficial. Ishvara only fulfills things which are beneficial.
You praying for her betterment, shows how much you cared for her, and wanted good for someone else, which shows your pureness and good nature.
