My advice is to stop thinking that SEO services are all the same and standardized - they are not. Standardization only happens with regulation and there are no regluations for SEO that I know of anywhere in the world.

SEO is a srategy service that should develop a backlink plan. If you think you're saving by buying all in one, you are being incredibly naiive

There are 5 schools of thought in SEO that drive 5 types of SEO services:

1. Web Devs who +SEO services to their sites claiming they are "optimized" - go to any web dev forum and confirm: they think that having a meta-description, fast load speed, ability to add Hx tags and Schema = SEO. And that Google rewards sites for having "good html" - absolutely none of this is gtrue or impactful in SEO

2. Content SEO- these agencies and providers typically proviate x blog posts and
