It's because we wanna be loved and accepted . This is always why many people fall into peer pressure and make terrible decisions or sometimes good ones . But as time goes on, you realise it's really just you in this world , your friends aren't there when you are in trouble , probably cause they got trouble of thier own . And the old adage runs true "laugh and the world laughs with you , weep and you weep alone"

Honestly, it's better this way , it makes you self-reliant and a stronger person in general . Also, more time for personal growth , since now ur not trying to impress anyone but find your own fulfilment

Cold water shower really helps but winter is not the season to start with it. You can start with cold water with ice for face if you want to do something for being active.

Start with cold shower in Summers and stay put in Monsoon, hopefully you’ll make it till winters.

The first season (entire year summer to summer) you’ll have problems with cold and fever if your body doesn’t accept the change sooner.

It’s more of a mental thing to take a cold shower because it’s the first step out of your comfort zone.

My father used to take cold showers 365 days and he was super active. My aunt and her kids do it too and they are also pretty much always fit in all seasons. My younger cousin also follows the cold shower routine because he’s preparing for Army entrance and he is also up and running.

As for bhavans i would say its not as great as it used to be tejas is mid and rosary less mid than that i suggest go for navrachna

so i have changed school 3 times in vadodara so have pretty much idea about the atmosphere of each school. So first don’t go for any expensive school cuz the name doesn’t go with the academic environment at all i have studied in vibgyor the academic competition was way too low there and its all about bragging about your financial status and setting your standard in school. My next school was St.kabir CBSE (fees around 80k-1 lakh)- pretty good school and their academics are also top notch and the class average is always high so competition will be there and extra curriculum activities is also well balanced with pretty affordable school trips and way too many student personality development activities. The other i have been to is IIRA international (fees 50k-80k), well i am in a dummy section of it so don’t know abt them much but the school is new and is doing pretty well according to their experience
