I was a heavy drinker in my college days....used to smoke a lot too....gave up smoking in 2018 realising its bad effects on health. Never touched it again. My uncle was a chain smoker for 18 years. Ended up with aneurysm in brain. This was a wake up call. Quit drinking alcohol after issues with liver. Of these two habits smoking is the worst with sure bad effects.

There is an age for everything. In your prime years the body can recover from all these bad habits. As you age the bad effects show up.

Once you have a job and are married better to stop drinking and smoking. There is no benefit from both of these habits other than decline in health and loss of good relations.

The creator of this belongs to the same category of kids who thinks JLR is an Indian brand (it simply isn't)

As Americans, we tend to look at ourselves as the good guys with our parents, grand-parents, and great-grand-parents risking everything to support the good guys in Europe in two world wars. I'm just wondering if there are any historians who can answer the following question. Did we extort Europe for help in either of those wars?

I'm sorry you went through this. I don't have much advise in helping you get out of what you already experienced. But you could consider some things to avoid this in the future. Like maybe getting a first class pass if you travel in train regularly. Or getting your own vehicle and avoiding public transport altogether. Hope you can get out of this.

Occasionally smoked but i like eating different foods. If i have money then i would definitely buy some food cause it gives me that joy which these substance never did.

Now i don't smoke because its fucking experience. ₹18 for lights is bonkers and mostly they give dupe.
So for me the reason is too expensive🤐.
