    I don't think you can do that. You have to give JEE to get a degree from IIT. Such associations and credit transfer work only for semester exchange as per my knowledge. So if you have a year or a semester left for graduation, ig then you can consider that. But spring semester started so I don't think semester exchange would be possible for this semester
