Depends what kind of city you live in... In tier 1 cities it's quite common .. But in case of tier 2 and 3 cities people are highly judgemental.... In tier 3 cities you don't have an option to remain single and for women it's the worse.

Few of my family members stay in western UP. Couple of years back, my aunt was suffering from high fever. Doctors in her area checked and said its just viral and nothing more. 3 days later when they went again to hospital they told to rush her to some big hospital and they went to meerut. We lost her eventually due to dengue.

For education, kids there have to move out to tier 1 cities for good colleges and universities. Even for good jobs.

There are many other factors. Thats the reason you will see most of the people in tier 1 city have ancestral roots from some tier-2 or tier-3 cities.

just a note. please be careful with extra red coloured strawberries. Its very common practice to dip them in red colour liquid..food adulteration per se.

Ok I’ve seen these guys selling at the signals dipping the strawberries in artificial red colors and sugar syrup. I don’t buy strawberries anymore because of what I saw. There was a bunch of these Hindi Bihari type guys selling boxes of strawberries at one of the signals near Lalbagh metro which was on my walking route to office everyday. That’s how I know…
