You think only those guys are exploited? It’s an exploitation culture all around, people who work in offices are not given enough time to go shopping, people who want to go shopping are not given parking spaces or roads to get there, and people who run those shops give you judgy looks depending on what you buy, and the security guard outside treats you like a thief come to steal the low-quality products. This 10-minute system was inevitable, everyone contributed to it, not just a few people.
