Couple of my friends have moved out. They like their respective countries - UK and USA mostly. But they miss India’s weather. But not the pollution and crowds. Although life is costly there - especially in UK with respect to what my friend earns there. And healthcare is a bomb. Overall they think it’s some pros with some cons. It’s just you decide what you can live with. For example if you get back to India from abroad with 5-10Cr, you can just shift to a tier-B city or rural area and live off comfy without working. And with that much money, even corruption would not bother you much.
