Arc isn't really that good of an option anymore after developer's recent announcement

Basically abandoned Arc and only giving security updates to keep it "alive".

My suggestion is something along the lines of Zen Browser or other Firefox forks. It's built on Firefox and fits your needs better because it's not built on Chromium (like Arc is):

I tried this when I first had the chance and I hated it. Apps that require login can't use the Touch ID on your Mac and you have to open the phone (which disconnects the mirroring, because the phone needs to be locked for the mirroring function to work) to access the app without manually typing the password in the Mac, because auto fill did not work properly. It is a great idea but it has a lot of room for improvement.
