Take a paper.

1. List down what you are good at ; it should be feasible and realistic.

2. List down the commitment and responsibilities on the way...like house, marriage etc

3. Write a detailed plan such that point 1 will cover point 2.

4. Put a target time to achieve it. Also have a plan B just in case if you fail you don't end up in what u r doing.

5. Join, meet and look for....the things related to your point 1. So that you get motivated and not distracted.

Have patience. Only you can fix your problem.
