For each cycle set up a post-mortem and identify four things to optimize in your business, product, process or program. Score them 1- 10 on how hard it will be to fix or make better and 1- 10 on how impactful the change would be in your business. Map the four things on a 2x2 grid with the far left lower quadrant being the hardest least impactful and the far right high quadrant being the easiest most impactful.
