Sex is a taboo topic, because its a private affair. If its not so taboo topic, why dont they openly allow such content in the school or college or at work place?

In Reddit too you have NSFW tag for Sexual topics. You have the option to blend it out. Why? Because Sexual content has certain tabooness to it. Would you openly discuss the sexual problems you have with your life partner?

In some countries such as Islamic Republic of Iran, they censor such images and video. atleast they dont do that in India.

There can be many reasons. I personally blame Islamic invasions and British Indian Penal Codes which enforced modesty. Or else what can be the reason that once we proudly showcased sex positions on our temples, but now don't even wanna talk about sex?
