I (Mumbai, M66) have & use a hobbyist spot welder and have built my own batt-packs for my upgrading my bike to an ebike using 18650 cells. Does take time and attention to do reliable spot welds. Happy to help a diy hobbyist for a few cells say upto five cells FoC. Beyond that volume will prefer to get some pocket money say ₹5 per 18650 cell, with a minimum starting fee of 500/-.
