And then…he lovebombs. The emails Trump sends his followers are insane. Totally manipulative, all about how he loves them.

I see a lot of disparity among the cultures. Some communities are closely kitten while the others are out open testing out and failing at large. I wish we could create something genuine. and based upon similar interests.

IMO, Unfortunately price of real estate in Mangalore is driven by NRIs. There are just too many NRIs from in and around mangalore, who have plenty of money and no where to invest. Mangalore is a much easier target for investment than Bangalore. Less scams, easier management. They are also buying it as forever homes, and are ok with lower rent vs their mortgage. This has been a trend since the last 20+ years and will continue for atleast another 15 if not more.

The issue is that only locals can buy agricultural land. Which means agricultural land will be now worth next to nothing. This will create huge demand in metropolitan areas. Folks there will sell for high prices. Rich locals and politicians will now buy agricultural land for peanuts and then convert it to other land and make loads of money. Whereas earlier a farmer could get good value for his land, now nothing. See what’s happened in other states with such a law.

Marriage is draconian. Love does not begin with a wedding band and vows. Waiting until you are married to take the relationship serious is toxic. Marriage should be a symbolic gesture for a love and relationship that is already at the point where you don't expect to be with anyone else.

If we want to make marriage about trapping people in a relationship, then we need to stop being married. File your taxes jointly, but do not have the marriage acknowledged by the state. If you are common law, then continue filing separately. Identify as roommates and do not let the government dictate who you love and for how long.

I have seen people exploit naive village women in the name of giving loans and perks. So there was this small business lady who had very good relations with women in our locality. She was someone who always dreamt of overnight success. She manipulated everyone to get loans from multiple microfinance , most of them did few Knowingly while others unknowingly. She invested the money into some scam and when the money stopped coming, she had literally 2/3 collectors sitting in her house daily. She persuaded people to get her more loan while promising that she has land deal going on and she will return the money.
The land deal never happened and she left with her kids and husband.
After that there were like 200 women who had given her loans and collectors harassing them , their husbands beating them few even attempted suicide.

Hope they can recreate something like de Dana Dan last hotel part comedy of errors
