    I suggest you to make customer base first.

    1. You could give discounts on the first month and on other occasional days.
    2. Make relations with regular customers. Wish them and gift them on their occasions with signature dish.
    3. Collab with restaurant initially and give your coupons. If the customer is impressed they will definitely reach you.
    4. Make promotion with insta reels.


    Almost all the dishes you mentioned i not even heard once. So most of the people wouldnt dare unless they are familiar atleast once.

    I would also recommend contacting Anand Mahindra directly over Twitter, he seems to be a reasonable guy. He may instead work with you on figuring out how to improve the issue.
