Using a Windows program to add space may have corrupted your Mac partition. Windows partitioning software doesn't know anything about Mac partitions. It should have been fine if you did it using Disk Utility.

It sounds like your disk is corrupted now. That's why in recovery it thinks your disk size is wrong.

I think the real question is if you have any important data you want to recover. If you have important files that you can't live without on MacOS, do that first.

If you don't have any important data, reinstalling MacOS in recovery mode should work just fine. It's safe and easy and there will be no permanent damage.

I'd recommend using Disk Utility (it's one of the options in recovery) to completely erase and repartition your disk (even one partition is fine for now). That will fix the problem with using 1.1gb and having 130mb available.
