First of all... Hyderabad is not like bgl. I shifted to Hyderabad 10 years back from UP and this has become my fav city. People are welcoming and they will not harrass you if you don't know telugu. Even some local people don't know it that well, given hyd is a mix of telugu folks and muslims who use the Hyderabadi language which is again very sweet.
So plan your way to Hyderabad...and welcome... you'll eventually learn some telugu when you're here.

Don’t go on weekends and use google maps. Take water and lots of food since there will be not much to eat in UP Go by car or use trains best option. For staying and travelling people will approach you in kumbh itself. Take help of those bikers they will save you a lot of time and for snan go in midnight

I appreciate your thought on learning local language 👏👏 you can start with basics like numbers, greetings, simple lines like ' how much', which you might use daily. You can google them easily.

Also, watching couple of telugu movies with subtitles will help.

Being said that, in hyderabad pretty much everyone you interact from auto wala, shop keepers to corporate employees, everyone can speak Hindi. So you shouldn't have problem.

I understand those feelings, that's how I felt when I bought my D390. I felt the first two months like I should have gone with the scrambler 400x due to better comfort on it. When I started riding more with Saturday and Sunday morning rides for 200-300 kms I just felt maybe it's a good decision I bought the Duke.

Ride more maybe that feelings will go away. Stay safe.
